New HP Emulex Drivers (4.2.327.0) and Firmware (4.2.401.605) for VMware ESXi 5.0/5.1

HP has released new Emulex Drivers for VMware ESXi 5.0 – 4.2.327.0
The new drivers fixes a few known issues, one being a false constant dropped packets count in vCenter performance charts/ESXTOP

Note: The drivers are now fully supported with HP Virtual Connect/FlexFabric.

For ESXi 5.0/5.1, use these drivers:

  • be2net: 4.2.327.0

  • be2isci: 4.2.324.12

  • lpfc820:

A New Emulex Firmware version was also released :4.2.401.605
